- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange only, not refund.
🔄 Exchange Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and reason for exchange.
- Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.
- After inspection, we will ship your requested exchange item.
💵 Refund Policy
- If you do not wish to exchange, you can request a cash refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refund will be issued through bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (as per customer preference).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
