We refund 100%, and don’t play dirty games .

  • We only accept an unworn, unwashed returned product with original tags within 10 days of purchase.
  • The customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery .i.e courier or registered post at his own expense to our provided address. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you need to change your shipping address for an order you have already placed with Maarss Nightwear, you should contact their customer service team as soon as possible to request the change. You can do this by sending an email to their provided email address or contacting them via WhatsApp.

Be sure to provide your order number and the new shipping address you would like to use. Depending on the status of your order and the timing of your request, it may or may not be possible to change the shipping address. However, the customer service team will do their best to assist you and provide guidance on how to proceed.
